Bulldozer laterals:

Was aiming for 4 sets of laterals but my left hand started cramping and I didn't bring my straps.

Good day overall! I think I'll start adding in my weekly progressions like LD does in his log.

Only did 4 because my chest was pumped up harder than it's been in a very long time.

Chest was so pumped that my exercises were difficult to complete.
Will be taking bench down to 4x6 for a few weeks now.
