Bench is feeling off. I hate the setting of a commercial gym, especially a college one.

Thanks Btb. Need to get my strength up, and am eating like a madman.

Solid day. Weight is at 185. Toning it down slightly so I can add in deadlifts when I go back to my pploppl I used in the summer.

Default Push2

Got a set of wrist wraps due to some wrist pain on OHP and bench.

OHP:
135x5
155x3
185x2
185x2
140x15

Pause Bench:
225x12

I'd say they worked fairly well. Pain free and there's much more stability.

Shrugs:
135x10
225x10
315x10
405x10

Rear Delt Fly's
25x15
25x15
25x15

Good day.
Going to try and do squats tomorrow, then I'm adding another set of PPL to my already PPL so I'll be adding in deadlifts and cycling intensities.

Default Legs

Squat:
365x3
405x3
455x1 Couldn't get my feet right, either too far forward or backwards. Finally got it and then just went for the weight anyway. If I wouldn't have expended my energy getting set up, I'd have gotten 3 or so. Even so, I'd guess my max around 475, so that's my projected max I'll be using in my percentages.

Leg Extensions superset with Leg Curls:
230x10 80x8
250x10 95x8
250x10 95x8

Had a blast. Entire rec was empty, so I was even able to get videos of the squats.
