Great lifting in here! Sometimes you gotta take one step back so that you can progress 3 steps forward

Absolutely! I've had my share of forcing steps forward instead of one step backwards, long story short, lesson learned haha.

Default Push

Still alive. Changed the workout a bit to better fit my schedule. Haven't been logging quite as much because I ordered and new computer which is now dead. Woo.

Bench:
275x5
275x5
275x5
275x5
300x3

OHP:
145x5
145x5
145x5
145x5
160x3

Incline DB:
70x8
80x8
100x8

DB Shrugs:
100x12
100x12
100x12

EZ Skulls:
75x8
95x8
95x8

Rope Pushdown:
62.5x8
67.5x8
72.5x8

Good workout. 3rd rep of 300 was a complete grinder, and well needed refresher on sticking with a weight even when tired. Working on rep work and building up strength and muscle with volume overload instead of just working myself dead and testing strength every workout.

Default Push

Felt really off today, made the best of it that I could.

Bench:
285x5
295x3
315x2
Didn't feel like I got enough volume so after 315 I waited 45 seconds and then:
225x12

OHP:
95x5
135x3
155x3
175x0
Same as bench:
115x12

Bench/DB's area was crowded so I did Incline Chest Press:
3ppsx8
3ppsx8
3ppsx8

Ez Skulls:
75x8
115x5
115x4

Wanted to see how it felt to have a 45 on each side, and also get some overload.

Rope Pushdown:
72.5x8
72.5x8
72.5x8

Pushed myself and made the best of an off day.

Default Legs

Squat:
275x5
315x5
Add knee wraps
365x5
405x3

Still not my limit, first 2 reps were iffy, and I thought the 3rd would be the hardest but it went up best of all.

Left quad was very tight, but continued on.

Leg Press Iso machine (plate loaded was taken):
400x10
400x10
400x10

Hamstring Curls:
70x8
70x8
70x8

Horizontal Calf Raise:
380x15
380x15
380x15

Good leg day.
