Something about the school where I lift the plates feel heavier than the ones at my main gym.

I think I'm going to bench at my regular gym because it feels much better there. Bench is a lift I'm really trying to progress on the most. OHP will be done at the other gym.

Yeah, undecided if I want to keep on benching at this gym or go back to the gym where I feel more comfortable. I'm leaning towards the latter because I'd rather do OHP there, because that is an exercise I'm not comfortable in yet and still need to learn so I'd rather do that one there, I think.

I was reading wendlers book, not really sure on how I was supposed to deload. Some people were saying half the volume or the intensity. I read his book he said drop the weight and no more than 5 reps, so that's what I did.
