-All the reps felt slower and heavier than usual. Form gave at the second or third rep and the last was a real grinder. Also, my head was way up for some reason and not packed. I'll repeat this next time.

-These were very heavy today, likely due to the grinding deadlift.

I got someone who can record my heavier sets about once a week. Just seeing them in the gym made my sets each a little better in the case of bench/row. For squat/deadlift I did not see them until after. I have a good idea of where I need improvements, but if you see any I didn't let me know.

Nice work. Lifts look good. You arch your back quite a bit in the squats, but it looks like it works for you well. I try that packing neck thing from time to time and I don't notice much difference when I do or don't. My .02.
