Here are some healthy recipes you might want to consider. They are all pretty easy to make and you can change up the ingredients to suit your needs. Hope that helps some.

In my opinion (and by no means is it an expert one) you might have better chance sticking with it if you ate the things you liked, just less.


I know someone who have attempted the all out totally clean healthy meals several times, and had ended up giving up.
They then adopted eating foods they liked, with a higher frequency, but less calories over all.

They had 4-6 smaller meals as apposed to 3.

Now they didn't just space out the 3 meals they'd been having before, over 4-6. Obviously that would be just the same amount of calories.

They divided those 3 meals into smaller portions, yes, but then they cut a little bit out of each meal along the way.

They did really well with it, and achieved there goal.


With the meals being smaller, the fact that they we're cutting calories out didn't seem as daunting.
