May 9th, 2013

Just insane pumps today. Workout ended 20 minutes ago and still can barely raise my arms.

About 10 days ago I missed a 400 bench. 4 days ago I hit a 400 double. Today I nailed a 415 single. Progress is coming along nicely.

71 days left until the UPA meet. Goal is 400 raw minimum.
