I didn't know curls were so therapeutic - now everyone will be doing them haha. Like you always say, the next sesh will be a dandy! Remember too, it is comforting your bad day was on OHP day and not squat or dead day - you see, there is always a bright side!

It was a lot Tann, all the sets at the end were self imposed "punishment" sets for my poor showing at the beginning of the session....

Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

300 x 1....W/O partner said depth might have been in question on this one.....so I did another.

After trying to squat the last 2 weeks with the Flu, and not doing so hot. I needed a good session for my self confidence...and today was it!

Leg Ext:
50 x 12
95 x 12
95 x 12
95 x 12

Back Raises:
3 x 12 with 55 lbs

Very good session tonight.....goal for my next meet is 340....gotta get my behind in gear...today was a good step in the right direction.

I also always at least want to do another single if I ever feel I missed depth - not doing so leaves an unsatisfied feeling that will bother me for days lol.

Glad the flu bug has departed and carry on that march to 340+
