Question Anyone know a program i could run for deadlifts to get from 440lbs to 500lbs?

Just Finished Ed Coan 12 Week Deadlift program. I went from 405 to 440. I know I can pull 450 but I had a crowd around me at the gym and I wanted to make sure I got it Anyways I'm looking for a program to get me from 440 to that 5 plate deadlift (495lbs). Any templates or suggestions?

I like this routine, but there are many more experienced lifters here than me. Doesn't hurt to post though. You'd need to run it a few times, or start a few weeks into it to shorten it, so you don't have to run a bunch of long cycles.

Well then the routine I posted probably wouldn't help . I think btb or someone else will have a better plan to get you to 5pps! Good luck!

I would eat more and work at building the back with heavy rows as an accessory. I also think a good squat transfers to deads very well. I also think pulling both sumo and conventional compliment each other.

Also how's your form? ie are you getting all the leverage possible?

Why not reset and do the coan program?

That is an awesome deadlift specialization program and it gave you pretty stunning results.

In my opinion, it will be tough to gain another 50 pounds in a matter of a couple months. Just stay consistent and gains will continue to come. Slow and steady wins the race

This is what my form looks like >

Probably need to improve deadlift form not sure but I think my Squat form is pretty good. Never did rows before at all. I always just did deadlifts for back so I be sure to add that into the next program i find.

Try to repost the link. I bumped your post count so you could auto-embed links but this one isn't working.
