I use 2 custom mix powders from truenutrition.com. 1 is all carbs, 1 is all proteins. The protein mix has whey, non-GMO soy, and a few different veggie proteins. I use different combinations of the carb and protein mixes based on when I'm taking it relative to my training session. All protein before training, mostly carbs after training, and mostly protein 2-3 hours after training.

I take a 200mg caffiene pill pre-wo. It's way cheaper than a normal pre, and I don't need flavorings and an intense name to get me excited to train. I avoid caffiene most of the time to increase the efficacy of my pre-wo pill.

I used to spend lots of money on supps. I'm over that now.

edit: It's an Australian brand, and so probably totally irrelevant to most people on here.

I use about one and a half tubs of the Body Fortress stuff from WalMart each week, chocolate flavor.
I do consider whole milk as one of my supplements (5 gallons a week)
I tried the Body Fortress pre-workout for about two months. Didn't really impress me that much. I am now going cold turkey for a little bit before picking a better pre-workout.
