If your sex drive is fine and you are having a hard time bulking then you aren't eating enough to bulk. Meaning T levels are probably fine and there is another issue keeping you from adding mass.

Guess I should not have been so vague.

WTF do doctors know?

So the doctor told me that it's definitely not my T levels & it must be stress related, I told him it's nothing to do with stress & had to push for him to book me an appointment to have the tests done. Monday I had blood taken, Tuesday morning I was told I need to go back & have more tests done. Today I went back & she told me that I was right & my T levels are low around 0.4 which is way lower than they should be

I have no idea what my next step is, i'm waiting on results to come back

If you're seeing a general doc, request to see an endocrinologist!

Not always true. The endocrinologist I went to was a D-Bag... Wouldn't do anything for me and try to tell me my marriage could be the cause... Then he compared me to a Female and himself. When I had my levels checked I was just over the bottom number. But I have lab done for a few years ago showing where I should be. It was like 200-1100.. I was 220 and a few years back I was 750.. Figured I would go back and see another endocrinologist next year. Point of all this... You may need to see more then one to get it fixed correct...

Also don't fall for the 1 shot a month shit. You want 1 shot a week.. With having 1 shot a month or even every two weeks. Your levels go up and down way to much and makes things worse. You'll feel great for 1/2 of the time and crappy the other half. Every week shots keep level levels...

My results are back, I have an appointment with the doctor Monday. Should I be asking for an injection once a week then?

I know very little about TRT so any help would be most appreciated

Doc will likely offer gel. Decline it. Say your wife is afraid to get it on her.

He will then probably suggest one injection every two-three weeks, decline. Tell him you read weekly injections reduce swings

Will I have to keep going back to the doctors for the injections or will they give them to do at home?

Will I have to have follow up blood tests & if so how often?

X2... Specially if you have kids too. I had a buddy go and they gave him a monthly injection. I told him to say no, but he didn't listen.... He feels like shit now... You want weekly injections for sure. You will feel much better.
