Pure, gritty endurance challenge.


Most can or will be capable of doing the plank, how about an endurance challenge for the plank...see how much True Grit people have no weights involved, bodyweight, for time...blood, sweat and plenty of tears, for those that go the distance!

cant believe we dont have it up already...Strict Overhead Press Competition!

some ideas...
-Weight to be used :75% of bw for men, 50% bw for women.
-NO knee bend is allowed
-belt and wrist wraps are allowed
-must clearly lock out bar with a slight pause at the top
-Bar may NOT be motionless for any longer than 10 seconds

Most reps lifted following these rules wins.
