Felt lazy all day. Training was hard to do and exhausting. Mentally I am just gone. Muscle glycogen is for sure gone. My brain is struggling to use ketones.

Diet today.
Bacon eggs
Chicken Caesar salad
Ham and asparagus
Lots of coconut oil throughout day.
Some olive oil and butter

226g. Protein

Day 6 today. Midsection is noticeably leaner. I felt like I was on a thermogenic this morning, felt pretty good really.

I felt amazing during today's training. I had energy for days and walked out feeling swole as shit. Really digging the morning, pre training, and pwo shakes kiefer prescribes. A scoop of Juggernaut helps too lol. Anyway feeling great and drooling over all the carbs I am going to destroy. On a side note I'm pleasantly pleased on how much I love raw spinach! Raw spinach with meat on it, preferably big ass cheddar burger, is the bees knees!

Was a higher carb day but I got a lot of fiber. 42 total carbs 18 of which was fiber. Destroyed workout, feelin great. Weighed myself but was in middle of day after several meals and lots of liquids.

I decided to back load tomorrow. It will be end of day 8. I did everything the book says to shorten time and looking at cbl forum it is not frowned upon to shorten prep with proper methods. Some weighted ab work and cardio in a bit.
