have been using this for the last month . very simple to use.
i like it - saves me having to complete the excel workbook out for every detail.
main point i like is how is remembers rep PBs for each exercise.

It's a little tricky...

I always posted my reps then weight... On their you have to post Weight x reps... And put a # before the exercises name...

Takes a bit to get used too, but not to bad I guess.

Have you downloaded it to see what all you get?
