Just doing things different for a bit trying to build back up. My bench is down pretty good but I do need to remember that Im 290 and not 312-320 atm and supplement free.

It seems like the first number to drop when body weight drops is bench.

Thanks. Bench is always been hit or miss for me. Nothing really feels heavy but I can tell my muscles arent firing like they were before. Plus the bench really sucks Im using now. Really looking forward to getting moved in 3-4 weeks and getting back into some more basic training until then Ill be doing upper body something like this to try and build some mass back up. I want to get back up to 300. I felt good there.

Counting it down until I get moved and I get done with this training now and get back in the groove. Basically then it will be two power days and two-three bodybuilding days.

Squats, this was more of a powerbuilding type night

Box squat doubles to warm up then a rep set
135*5*2
225*2
315*2
405*2> supposed to do my rep set here but my left it band is killing me just above parallel
raised box
405*15

smith machine quad squats, hitting the quds, depth was no where near legal depth but again this is about building more muscle mass in the legs. The smith will also force you to bend a little which hits the glutes as well.

by now I was low on time so I did a giant set of
calf raises, leg curls, and leg extensions.
1 giant set hitting ea. exercise 3 times.

No body building show for me. But Ill send you a pic of me in my undies Byrd.

Im just trying to build some muscle back. Im already looking forward to the first day back under the monolift with a suit on.

Going to be working allot on form coming back. I want to ease my weight back up to a little over 300. I feel good and Im starting to feel kinda strong and not so puny.
