Default Hello

I've never been in a forum before not even familiar with the terminology. But in any case I'm a 61 year old beginner, doing strong lifts 5x5 into week 10. Have made some visible gains , but unsure if it is a wise program for an individual of my age. Any advise?

As for strong lifts, my first thought would be that if you aren't feeling beat up from it then it should be fine.

welcome a 5x5 is a great program for almost anyone just dont overwork yourself and you should be fine
