Thanks men ! Nursing a bit of a lower back and hip pain but its getting better ! Should be back again tomorrow! Focusing on recovery a lot more this year for sure !

Was meant BB Row but they were hurting my hip/Lower back warming up so did DB again! Was also meant to do a few accessory exercises but had to leave early.

Great workout ODHL! Bb rows give me problems sometimes(mainly with my headache), nothing wrong with hitting the db rows! Keep up the strong training!
