Press

Deadlift

130 kg x 30 "singles" in 15 mins

30/15

- This is based of BtB intermediate deadlift routine. Light day ( 70% x 15 mins with goal being 15 reps) So i hit 15 singles in 9 mins and was gonna leave i there but said fuck it ! I want 30 reps, so i just went ham and started hitting triples and doubles. Alternated conventional and sumo. 130 kg (285 lbs)

Dips
BW x 8
BW + 10 kg x 8
BW + 20 kg x 5

Chins
BW x 8
BW x 8
BW + 10 kg x 5

Left it there, felt great after this.

Quality work. If you have trouble eating try to eat nutrient dense food. Choose steak over chicken, whole milk, etc.
Make sure you're sleeping enough. Focus on good things in your life. Hope it works out for ya!
