Yeah, that'll do it alright. Hope you can sort it out ASAP, mate.

Still some solid training, so kudos there.

Those past 2 workouts still look very good. Getting through the low point here will get you ready to ride the wave up soon as you start feeling better.

I'm not physically sick, im going through some stuff and suffering from depression. Its really hard to talk about it but i feel i need to let ye know why im not logging as much. I have zero appetite and no energy to even get out of bed most days. I have gotten help for this before a few months ago and I'm gonna get this again, i have to pick myself up and get back to the gym, losing my gains is just making me worse. Im not looking for sympathy just thought id explain myself. I know a lot of men suffer from depression and dont like to talk about it, its good to get it of my chest !

Whatever it is, it will pass. That's as close to wisdom or good advice as I'm likely to offer. But it's true.

I don't mean that it's nothing - I know it isn't. Or that it'll be easy to get through - it probably won't be.

Even so. The future is bright. Believe it. Make it so.

And like ED said - Iron helps. I also agree with Henry Rollins:

"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds."
