- This might have been my best squat session ever, 120 kg felt like a feather ! (120 kg = 265 lbs)

Bench
50 kg x 5
60 kg x 5
60 kg x 5
65 kg x 5
77.5 kg x 3[Rep PR]
60 kg x 8 (Incline)

- Happy with the Rep PR, felt pretty easy but may have to up my milk to keep the progress for the next few weeks !(77.5 kg = 171 lbs)

Pendlay Row
60 kg x 5
65 kg x 5
65 kg x 5
70 kg x 5
82.5 kg x 3 [PR]
67.5 kg x 8

- Speed was good, felt light!!(82.5 kg = 182 lbs)

Finished with arm work.

Good day today 3 PR's Think ill up my calories and really have to drink more water, im always thirsty and i think drinking more would really help !
