- Standard stuff, 112.5 kg felt like i was doing work but wasnt too hard.

Bench
50 kg x 5

- I know thats not how you're ment to ramp but i didnt want to be changing too many plates Again felt easy.

Pendlay Row
50 kg x 5
55 kg x 5
60 kg x 5
65 kg x 5

- This felt easy enough, felt like i was doing work but not to much.

Hypertensions
BW x 12
BW + 2.5 kg x 12

- Have always wanted to do these, can already tell this is a great exercise.

Decline sit ups
BW + 2.5 kg x 12
BW + 2.5 kg x 12
BW + 2.5 kg x 12

Really enjoyed today.No messing around, felt like all the exercise choices will build muscle. Im off too eat

I really like Hyperextensions too. I think they're synonymous with a healthy, strong back.

Good session here. Are you doing the whole 4 weeks ramping up then setting PRs in week 5? I think that is what Madcow said ( I could be totally wrong lol) Also, you might want to check out the Training Primer. (I'll post it if you want me to, i can't find it atm)

Good stuff, like a mad cow, er, bull . And I agree - back extensions (which I prefer to actual hypers, but whatever ) are awesome. If you want to feel the lower back working, and build some more strength there (over and above "just" deadlifting), that's the way to do it, IME.
