off the top of my head
Bill burr
Tim ferris, old & new one, both worth a listen, some good sport science on these, weird but interesting theories.
All the Shane smith episode are worth a listen
Uriah faber & Ronda Rousey episodes are worth a listen if you like mixed martial arts.
The two Bass Rutten episodes are decent
David Choe - this one is great, specially towards the end

I heard the david choe one, that story about BJ Penn was crazy. I heard the Uriah Faber and a Bass ruten one too. Sam harris and Tommy Chong were very interesting guests. Are you watching TUF 17?

I am indeed watching TUF17 - are you?. Big fan of Uriah Hall, have been watching him since his kickboxing fights in wcl

Deadlift: 60kg x 5, 100 kg x5, 125 kg x 3, 145 kg x 4. ( could'nt get a 5th rep )

Press 47.5 kg x 5, 4, 4 = 13 (15) +1

Chins 7kg x 7, 6, 5 = 18 (20) + 3

Dips 12kg x 8, 7= 15 (15)

Seated Face pulls 17.5 kg x 13, 12 = 25 (25)

I could have got more chins but they were playing this Pirates of the Caribbean dance remix and i couldnt stop laughing during my set, it was a horrific piece of music.

I am, im a bit behind though. Yeah he's monster that KO on Cella was sick. Yeah I've got some watching to do so im up to date for the final. Man I can't wait for 159, should be a very close fight!!

yeah 159 is going to be class. Im up for sonnen, but I think Jones is gonna win - I agree it will be a close one!
