- Rep PR, closing in on a 1.5 BW squat

Bench 70 kg x 4,4,5 = 13 (15) [PR]
- Big goal of mine finally hit

BB Row 75 kg x 6,6,6 = 18(20) [PR]
- Felt good but needed straps.

Rippetoe Tricep Extension 30 kg + EZ bar x 10,10 = 20(20) [PR]
- I was counting the EZ bar as 10 kg but i think its a little less, maybe 7 kg?

DB hammer curls 16 kg x 11,8 = 19(25)
- + 2

Incline flies 12 kg x 12,12
- Still not sure about these.

- Rep PR, moving on to 55 kg and a body weight squat !

Bench 32.5 kg x 3,3,3 = 9 (20) [PR]
