I've decided to up my cals to 3500 as of today since i have lost weight this week eating 3200.

- Decided to add 5 kg to the bar as i really wanted to hit my goal of BW front squat

Bench 67.5 kg x 6,5,4 = 15(15)
Finally defeated 67.5 kg, Moving on to 70 kg. Rep PR.

Deadlift 145 kg x 3
- Been hovering around 140-150 for too long, im gonna go up in 3's for a while to help increase my strength.

DB row 40 kg x (8,8)(8,8)(8,8) = 24(25)
- Rep PR.

Tricep push down 30 kg SS with cable curls 22.5 kg x (12,14) (12,12)
- It was a long session, wanted to get out of the gym.

- + 5 kg

Bench 30 kg x 7,6,6 = 20(20)
