Good to hear. Apparently great for benching and squats, but probably just good in general too.

Thanks Dray, I have been struggling to gain weight consistently so its nice to see a higher number on the scales along with strength gains

- May make the arm work a higher rep goal, perhaps 25.

Rear delt flies 8 kg x 13, 12

-Fatigue after work may have led to the decrease in reps.

Pretty strong rows ya got there. Nice. Good pogress with squats as well.
