Good day! I tweaked my pec a little Wednesday on my last set of bench. Nothing major but just enough to make me take it easy benching for a few weeks. So I figured the standing press was going to be out today. But after warming up all my sets felt pretty good. Now I'm just praying I can pull tomorrow in my new suit!
