Pretty good one. Elbow was a little flared up today so I used some slower rep tempos to make lighter weights work.

As little as possible! I used to be all about mobility/prehab stuff but I found in my situation trying to find issue that are/aren't there causes issues haha! I always do some kind of rolling and I like to do lots of rotator cuff/pec warm up stuff with bands before I lift.

Great day! Lots of squats and my shoulders are destroyed!! Cut my last squat high. I got a little too fired up and didn't take my air in right.
