Default speed bench

I have been helping a few buddies out with programming. They are both very new to powerlifting but each have a pretty lengthy lifting back grounds. Today they maxed on bench press and both hit big prs. Robbie's max previously was around 280 today he hit his first 315 then 320! Seth was at 185 before and today he hit 275! Most improvements have come from working technique. Pretty awesome seeing these guys make progress each week!

Warm ups: rolling, Kbell swings, band work.

-still playing around with these. Not really sure if they are helping but I do feel much more explosive speed benching after.

Kettlebell bench*20*2

Dumbbell side laterals+front raises*3sets

Kettlebell snatches*3sets each arm
