Good workout. I addressed some weak points today. I feel like I need to bring up my lower back and hamstrings. So that will be the focus of my accessory work leading into march. Also I need to do barbell rows more often. I was looking at Chad Walker's training log last night and noticed he was rowing sets of 20 with 315. He is a raw 500 bench and 800+ pull hmmm...
