I didn't commit to the box like I should have so I'm not going to call the 700 set a true box squat. Although it is the heaviest I have ever worked up without wraps so I will take it!

I haven't been able to get in my shirt regularly lately. I ran into the same issue my last meet too. We just haven't had the help lately to do it safely. So I decided to do something a little different.

This was tough tough tough! First time I have had a pump from shirt work. Like I said before I haven't had any help to go really heavy so I decided to get some rep work in. Working off each board per set is very challenging. I'm going to do this more often to get some form practice in the groove while keeping the weight lower.
