Chest supported rows

Lat pull downs

Default shoulders

Incline dumbbell press
70lb 3*10

Side lat raise
5*10

Single arm upright rows
6*15

Rear delt dumbbell rows
?*? Probably about a million reps and sets

Shrugs
225 4*15

I don't really keep up with reps or sets on most accessory work. Most of this is all guesstimations. I usually just lift until I'm done haha

Default squats block 1

This block my focus is on building muscle. No wraps or belt for the next few weeks

Safety squat bar box squats

Work sets

255*5
275*5
305*5
325*5
345*5

Leg press
15,15,12,12 reps

Chain lying leg curls *4 each leg

That's it. All accessory reps were done slow and controlled. 5 reps is like cardio for me. Its going to take a few weeks to get used to reps again. Great first day back!

Good work man, your bench is right up with your squat starting out the gate!

How's the behind the neck press? Is that to kind of hit the rear delts as well vs a military press?

Haha I'm not sure if that's good or bad lol!

We really don't have a good set up to do regular seated barbell press so I have to do them behind the head. But I actually feel like they hit the shoulders better

Good one. Still really sore everywhere from last week. Looking forward to ramping everything back up over the next few blocks.

As a gym we have decided next comp will be the SPF ironman so we are sitting about 20 weeks out. Also looking towards a bench only meet in December.
