Thumbs up THE PROCESS: The Big Sleep's Log

(Re)Starting a log on here as i've made some great progress these past few months and I'm disappointed I didn't track how far I've come…Guess that's just motivation to keep it going!

Lately I have not tracked macros and my training has been a basic upper/lower split that has me training 4 days a week with cardio on the other 3 days.

I may start tracking my diet a bit more and being more methodical about my training, but right now I'm liking the "au naturale" lifestyle and keeping this stuff simple.

Stats: (as of May 19, 14)
Height: 73.5 inches
Weight: 175 lbs
Bench Max: 200lbs
Deadlift Max: 370lbs
Squat Max: Haven't tested in a while, estimating around 250lbs
Row Max: 185lbs for 5 reps
Seated Barbell Press Max: 5x5 with 135lbs

Goal(s):
It seems like every year I say I'm going to achieve "X" bench, "X" deadlift, etc etc….so my goal for now is to simply just stay the course & keep progressively overloading; whatever that amounts to in the end than it is what it is.

Let the games begin...

Bench--190
Squat--240 (these are my main priority)
Deadlift--375
