Thanks BTB, I've been feeling really good about this program.. lately I've been just going off on lstenng to my body and how it feels..had a late workout too because I wasn't feeling it during the morning when I usually lift

I had to do my ME Bench workout on Tuesday since i will be super busy with some family functions going on tomorrow (wednesday- my usual ME Bench Day)..so here it goes.

Workout Time: 8:30pm - can't remember the last time i worked out this late

Floor Press:
after warm-up sets
275x3x1
295x3x1
305x1x1
315x1x1
335xmissed - i know, should have just done 325 and ended on a good note, but i thought i could get it.

Seated DB Shoulder Press (Partials-Only first half of movement, did not lockout)
80x5x2
90x5x2
100x3x1

Cable Seated Row:
225x5x1
240x6x2
270x5x2

Bar Triceps Pushdowns:
200x5x5

Rear Delt Machine
70x8x4

Hanging Leg Raises
Bwx12x4

Updating for my last two lifting days:

Thursday: Squat/Deadlift DE
Dynamic Squat: 255x8x2
Speed Pulls: 295x8x1
after the two exercises I was done. My body felt fatigued so I ended my workout on a good note.

Friday: Bench DE
Dynamic Bench
185x3x9 sets used three different grip positions

DB Shoulder Press
75x8x4 sets

Face Pulls:
130x12x4 sets

Dumbbell Lateral Raises
35x12x3 sets

Tricep Pushdowns:
120x15x4

Dumbbell Bicep CUrls
35x10x4

Friday workout become to be a good one. I've been having to workout late at night because work has been getting busy.

Great workout. On both of my workouts I start with either squats or Deadlifts. I always feel drained after deadlifts. Keep up the good work, Man. I will stay posted.
