Sorry , yes i'm am new to doing forums like this. I'm flying home tomorrow so ill have 13 days to train and head back out it will take me a few weeks to see any results. For some reason I lose some strength at work. Epically in my lower body. My legs go back 10 percent some times. I'm gonna try doing some speed work while I'm out next time.
