Hi everyone
Just wanting to say g'day to you all and I'm glad to have joined this forum. I'm a 36 year old female who trains 5 nights a week strength training and 4 data cardio. I love bodybuilding and weights and I'm striving to be the best I can ever be. This is my 4th year of training after losing 68lbs in a year on a low carb diet. Look foreword to meeting you guys.
