Since Fats are suppose to keep me from beign hungry.....and since it's payday and time to buy 2 weeks of food..... I came up with a slight variation of the Meals. One with bacon and one without bacon an dboth still under 2500 cals a day. Only issue.... SUPER LOW CARB.....which may be a good thing....cuz I think carbs keep me at a higher BF....based onl my own experience in previous meal plans.

Not sure if it's important at all, Jace, but the last 3 vids come up as "set to private".
