Squats
10x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275
3x2x305 Felt very good, speed as there.
2x1x325 PR, the second one the guys were busting my balls because I went to ass to grass. I always squat ass to grass and they like to point out that on PR singles it is OK to be parallel. Both were speedy and felt good.
2x5x225 paused

Leg Press: 3x8x360
Lunges: 3x20x45
Adductors: 3x12x180
Ab cable pulldowns: 3x10x130
Sidebends: 3x20x25

Whenever I decide to test my 1RM at a meet it is going to crush my PR's.

Yesterady's Bodybuilding do whatever day
OHP: 3x10x95
DB Shoulder Press: 3x10x40
Facepulls: 3x10x120

DB Curl: 3x5x35
Hammer: 3x5x35
1 Arm Concentration Curl: 3x10x25

My 3 year old son was counting for me... so no idea how many reps I did above really haha.

Not ok to be just parallel. You have to be below at a meet - usually the top of the leg has to be below the top of the knee.

I think its actually risky to always train at or just barely below parallel anyway, as I see tons of lifters get called on depth at meets. Better safe than sorry for me.

Really nice work on the big PR Jio - nice to see such steady progression in here.

I agree. I always go below parallel because it's how I time my self while doing the lift. It's part of my rhythm and I like to go deep and rebound. I rarely compete anyways, so ass to grass all day for me.

Huge squat PR especially ATG Jio! I always go as deep as I can but I don't think mine would ever be accused of being ATG haha!

Thanks, Fen. Honestly, I'm just in the gym trying to get stronger. Some guys are competing for meet records all the time so maybe they are trying to get away high as possible in meet.... but for me who rarely competes... no reason to cheat height.

Haha thanks. I used to have a problem squatting high but I went so far to correct it now my ass always touches my ankles.
