You too! Staying the course is something I've learned over time... years ago I would've just threw 315 on and said screw it!

Skipped deadlift day due to xmas and my muscle on right lat must be strained, feels like it squeezes my body like a fist in the morning. Nothing too painful but slightly annoying, it loosens up as day goes on.
