Squat is coming back. Everything felt nice and easy. Knee and hamstring feel normal so up the weight goes next time. I jumped to 235 to see how it would feel and it was great.

Felt like I was on the balls of my feet today pulling, need to really hammer home getting my shoulders back behind the bar.

Pull Ups - 6/5/5/5/5 - funny on non-deadlift day I can do 10 reps of these for 5 sets, after deads tho I'm zapped

Shrugs - 10x135, 10x185, 10x225, 10x275, 10x315, 5x365 PR

Weighted Hypers - 3 sets of 10
