Glad you felt ok and didn't push it too much! Ease back into it! I say this as my knees give me trouble and I don't follow the advice I give lol

Good to see you able to squat with no issues!

My knees also ache from time to time, especially when sitting for too long in 1 position like a movie theater. However, it has been easing up of late.

Bench day

5x5x195 - Pretty easy, I can find a good groove on bench where the 3-5 sets feel a little easier than my first.

Press - 3x8x105

Chins 5xBWx10

BB Rows - 3x5x155

Big lift + 3 accessories I feel is where I get in my groove.
