I, along with MikeM, were the first 2 members here invited by JB to go on BIG for the first time. I absolutely loved it, and if I was to do a program again, that would be it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish it as my lower back facet joint arthritis took over along with my Birdshot. I certainly have been thinking of doing it again as I always like to finish what I start. The only my lower back still does not like are the rack pulls - it doesn't like starting a pull from a dead stop in that position.

Last day before meet saturday, and failed on 255 squat. Very odd considering I did 285 a month ago in competition with ease. Diet and sleep have been the same but I'm wondering if my hamstring that I tweaked a few weeks ago is a problem, it doesn't hurt but it feels different, as odd as that seems. When I roll on it it feel lumpy above the knee. Not a great day, bench and deadlift are still where they should be.
