0x395 - almost there, just couldnt get the good lockout at the top

Planning on opening with 355.

All advice welcome.

Good work man, It would not be good to give you any pointer right now since you wont be pulling anymore before the meet and it would just mess with your head at meet day. Just stay tight thats all I can say! And good luck, smoke 395 on the platform!

Looking strong. The only thing I "know" (i.e., have heard a lot) about meets is that you should probably choose an easy opener for each lift.

You'll kick ass, mate.

1x235 - Opener, very easy
1x245 - This was pretty easy as well

Chins - 5x10xBW

Dips - 3x10xBW

Dumbbell Curls - 3x8x30

Weighted Ab pulldown - 3x10x140

Everything felt good. Next week I plan on hitting my squat opener on Monday and then coasting for the rest of the week with stretching and things like that.
