Backed my calories down to 2900 this past week, I was gaining about 1-2 lbs a week since I went up to 3200. My TTE is about 2600, so I feel I should gain about .5 lbs/wk this way still. I track it daily so we'll see, but I feel I should still gain with 2900cal/daily.

Good Monday workout, felt great and I think the next thing I want to do is get a video of my squat up to get some form critique.

Thanks. I find it weird my bench and squat are the same weight but I always benched for a long time and reset my squatting a while ago because my form was awful and I was just doing bad half squats with heavy weight. I feel like my form is getting better so I'm hoping I don't plateau on the squats at the same time as bench.

Working off of 2900 calories still and deadlifts and press were up 5 lbs for 5 reps since last week. I feel really good. Main thing I want to work on is squat form, sometimes my knees come in so I'll be thinking of engaging my glutes when I come up.
