Haha. I feel the same way I used to feel in college when I hadn't hooked up with a girl in awhile. Have 10 reps of 270 for deads on my mind for the past week. That's the goal for tomorrow.

WS: 5x200, 5x235, 10x265 PR
- Was looking forward to this for 2 weeks because my last pull session sucked. I wanted 10, I got 10. I could've snuck 1 or 2 more but 9 and 10's form was breaking down a tad. Very happy with this.

Box Squats - I quickly found my body was taxed hard from the deadlifts so I didn't get the prescribed 10 reps.
7x140
5x145
5x155

Seated Leg Curl
3x10x140

Lower back & Abs - 4 rotations
10 x weighted hypers w/ 25
10 x hanging leg raises
10 x weighted decline sit up - only got 6 the last set, core was crushed.
20 x sidebends w/ 40s
