Haven't done these in awhile so this is was more of a gauge.

5x weighted hypers
5x dips

Some thoughts:
Bench stalled again at 230. I've been using a 5x5 program for months and the progress has been great so this was bound to happen. I reset the bench, bumped up my cal intake and things like that since I had put on weight. My weight jumped immediately 2lbs in less than 2 weeks once I upped calories by 300/day. I think my body was starving haha.

The advice I've received has been once a 5x5 program stalls, which 3 of my 5 lifts have in the past month even after resets. Just to switch to a 5/3/1 or rep progression scheme, but keep the same lifts.

For my assisstance exercises, I need to be more diligent tracking my progression on them as I am on my compound lifts.

I think so, but I'm going to keep benching, squatting and deadlifting as staples in any workout I choose.

Thanks, it felt great taking the constraint off of a max rep range and just pulling till I was out of gas.
