Wednesday

Managed to get to the gym mid-week. Good job. It's too long between training sessions to make any progress but I can at least slow down the rate of detraining. Had work to do this evening, so didn't want to spend too long there, but at least did some squats.

Ramped up the sets, which I quite like doing when I'm feeling a bit out of practice.

Beltless squats

Nice and deep. Hammies cramping by the end of these. 400 felt like a ton.

Cut out the chins today so I could focus on these. How do people use 300 pounds plus on these? I upped the poundage to 200 plus and I was struggling.
