DEADLIFTS

Foam roll for 2 mins

SUMO Deadlifts
70kgs x 5, 5
120kgs x 3, 3
Add belt and chalk
150kgs x 1, 1
170kgs x 2, 2, 2

Block pulls from mid-shin
190kgs x 2, 2, 2
210kgs x 2

Power Clean and Press
60kgs x 3 cleans and 3 strict press after last clean, 2 sets
70kgs x 3 and 3 for 2 sets
80kgs x 2 cleans, miss strict press, get push press
90kgs x 1 clean and push press

Pendlay Rows
60kgs x 8
80kgs x 8
90kgs x 8 PB

Decent session today. Still need to get back a little flatter on the pulls but felling pretty strong and pulls were smooth. I think 90kgs is an equal PC and PC best. Might try to break that next week. Overall pretty pleased. Of course I want to pull more but steady progress is where it's at on my pull right now.

You have been hard at it since my last visit to your log,
any chance you might skew down on the deadlift progress to give me a chance to catch up??

I hate them because I suck at them. Catch 22 I'm sure

Thanks Ravi. Still nothing earth shattering in terms of weights but form is staying clean which is important.

I'm only making progress on the form for now. Hoping that will net heavier loads eventually.
