Thanks guys.

Jay my weight is around 96.5kgs at the moment so I will have to drop 3.5kgs. I am eating plenty of carbs so I should be able to drop those and water manipulate my way to 92.5-93 fairly easily. Then I just need to bloat quickly and effectively in around 2-3 hours

Pretty much yeah: drink loads for 5-6 days before, drop carbs so you don't retain water and then no food or water for 12 hours before weigh-in. That should drop me 3-4kgs fingers crossed.
