I don't think of a triple at 457 lbs to be sad, but I reckon you feel you should be doing alot more by now. My only critique is that I noticed your hips move first on reps 1 and 3. I also thought your head was looking up too much.

I really like how you let the bar back down really quickly - something I need to work on.

Overall tho, they look improved to me and really strong in my book anyway.

Yeah rep two was the best; pulled my back tighter and it set the hips nicely.

but I am right there with you on wanting a more respectable deadlift numberů.
