Meet week - Session 1

Foam roll
Band stretches for shoulders and back

Goblet squats
3 x 10

Single leg kettlebell deadlift
3 x 10

Bench
3 x 5

Done. Nothing interesting here. Just keeping blood moving, staying loose and making sure I'm fully recovered for Sunday. Weight this morning was 102kgs so no need for a big water manipulation. Just cutting back a little on food and I should be under. Have tonsillitis but feel ok. Antibiotics are kicking in and all should be fine come Sunday.

Nothing exciting here so have a beard pic instead:

What weight KBs do you use for the deadlifts?


With those antibiotics don't forget to make sure you get those good bacteria in as well.

Goblets were with 28kgs and deadlifts were 16kgs. The DLs are humbling to say the least.

Thanks guys. Despite Mini waking up at 4:30, I actually feel better this morning and my throat doesn't hurt. I swear if I could actually get 100% healthy at any point, I'd be superhuman!
